We are available for same day consultations and our platform is HIPPA compliant.
To Our family of Patients:
I wanted to give you an update on our office policy during the current status of the COVID-19 recommendations.
We are in the process of preparing to resume a modified transition to elective and preventive care for our patients. We realize some patients will be hesitant to resume some activities, but we are also aware that dental neglect can lead to significant problems as well. We have made physical and procedural changes to provide the safest environment possible for our patients and staff.
Beginning on Monday May 4, 2020, we will see patients who are healthy for routine services if they wish.
We are currently seeing patients with pain or infection in an effort to keep our patients out of pain and keep them from seeking treatment in our local emergency rooms or medical doctor offices. If you are a patient who needs treatment please contact our office at 336-760-9400 or email us at: office@personaltouchdentistry.com.
Our office will continue to be of service to patients who need urgent care because emergency rooms and non-dental medical facilities cannot generally provide appropriate definitive treatment only medication and supportive non dental treatment. They may already be burdened or unable to manage the number of patients seeking care.
We are here to help as much as possible.
